SPAGHETTI CASSEROLE (MICROWAVE) 
1 1/2 lb. spicy bulk sausage
4 lg. tomatoes (about 5 1/2 c.) coarsely chopped
1 c. 1" length spaghetti
3/4 c. chopped onion
3/4 c. diced green pepper
1 1/2 tsp. dried oregano
1 1/2 tsp. dried marjoram
1 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. ground black pepper
2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
1/2 c. water

Crumble sausage in 3 quart microwave safe casserole. Microwave at High 10 to 14 minutes until no pink remains. Drain most of drippings. If desired, reserve 2 tablespoons drippings in dish to flavor casserole.

To sausage, add tomatoes, water, spaghetti, onion, green pepper, and spices. Cover and microwave at High 17 to 22 minutes, stirring after 9 minutes, until spaghetti is tender. Sprinkle with cheese and microwave, uncovered, at High 1 to 2 minutes, until cheese is melted. Makes 4-6 servings.

NOTE: Two 1 pound cans tomatoes may be used for fresh tomatoes. Omit water.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
