RON'S CHILI | |
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef 1 qt. stewed tomatoes 1 qt. tomato juice 2 regular cans kidney beans 2-3 tbsp. chili powder 1 lg. size can Brook's chili beans 1 can tomato soup 2 lg. onions, chopped 4 med. potatoes, cubed 2 stalks chopped celery Brown beef and drain. Saute celery and onions and drain. Mix beef and remaining ingredients together and simmer 2-3 hours or longer. Flavors blend better if made day before. (I also boil potatoes almost done and drain before adding to chili.) Make recipe 13 times to serve 300. |
