CABBAGE RELISH 
4 qts. shredded cabbage
1 qt. chopped green pepper
1 qt. weak vinegar (3/4 vinegar, 1/4 water)
3 lbs. sugar
1 tsp. mustard seed
1 tsp. celery seed
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. tumeric

Mix all together in large pan, heat until it starts to boil and cook for 30 minutes. Stir occasionally. Can in clean hot jars and seal.
