FILLING:

1 c. coconut
1 c. sugar
1 c. milk
3 egg yolks

Mix together. Line 12 muffin tins with pie dough. Fill shells. Bake until set at 350 degrees. After cakes are baked place whipped egg whites on top of cakes and return to oven until slightly brown.
