SAUSAGE CASSEROLE 
1 lb. Italian sausage
1/2 green pepper, chopped
1 can zucchini
1 can tomatoes
Fresh or canned mushrooms
6 bay leaves
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Dash of thyme
Dash of paprika
Dash of oregano
Cooked noodles or macaroni

Cut sausage into bite-size pieces. Brown sausage then add green pepper (and mushrooms, if using fresh ones). Drain grease off.

Add all other ingredients and simmer 5 minutes. Put in greased casserole dish; top with Parmesan cheese and bake, uncovered, for 45 minutes at 375 degrees.
