TURKEY AND BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
2/3 c. water
1/3 c. butter
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli
2 c. herb seasoned stuffing mix
2 (6 to 7 oz.) cans chunk turkey, drained and lightly broken up
1 (10 1/2 oz.) jar turkey gravy
1 (4 oz.) can sliced and drained mushrooms

In large saucepan over medium heat, heat water and butter until butter melts. Meanwhile in 10 inch shallow casserole dish arrange broccoli with stems toward center. Add stuffing to water and butter, toss until evenly moist. Place stuffing over broccoli stems. Top with turkey and gravy, then mushrooms. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes until bubbly.
