1/4 c. melted butter
8 oz. cream cheese
2 sm. instant pudding (vanilla)
12 oz. Cool Whip
20 Oreos
3 1/2 c. milk
1 c. confectioners' sugar
Gummy worms

Mix cream cheese, butter and sugar together. Mix pudding, milk and Cool Whip. Mix together cream cheese mixture and pudding mixture. Crush Oreos real fine. Layer Oreos, pudding, worms. Repeat.
