VEAL OR BEEF GOULASH 
1 1/2 lbs. veal or beef, cut into med. pieces
1 c. finely sliced celery (opt.)
1 lg. onion, sliced
2 cans tomato sauce (8 oz. each)
1/2 c. water
2 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. paprika
1 tsp. salt
1 (8 oz.) pkg. wide egg noodles

Brown meat in oil, remove. Add celery and onions to oil and brown. Then add meat and add next 5 ingredients. Cook for 1 1/2 hours or until done. Serve meat mixture over cooked noodles.
