DRESSING:

1 c. oil
1/3 c. ketchup
1/4 c. vinegar (rice)
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. sugar (or less)
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce

SALAD:

1-2 bunches spinach, washed and torn
Fresh mushrooms, sliced
Croutons
8 slices bacon, fried and crumbled
3 eggs, hard boiled and chopped

Blend dressing in jar and chill. Combine salad ingredients; add dressing right before serving. Toss.
