RICE AND MUSHROOM CASSEROLE | |
2 c. uncooked rice 1 stick butter 1 can onion soup 2 (3 oz.) cans whole mushrooms Brown rice in a saucepan with butter. When browned thoroughly, add soup and mushrooms with juice. Simmer, covered, until done, about 45 minutes. |
