CHICKEN AND WILD RICE RECIPE 
4 chicken breasts, boned (brown breasts in butter

SAUCE:

1 can cream of chicken soup
3/4 c. sauterne wine
1/2 c. diced celery
2 tbsp. chopped pimento
1 sm. can mushrooms

Cook until tender and well dissolved 1 package UNCLE BEN'S® Wild Rice Mix, cook according to package directions.

Place wild rice mixture in bottom of 13 x 9 inch pan. Place chicken breasts on rice mixture. Place sauce over rice and chicken. Bake in 350 degree oven for 1 hour.
