CHINESE CHICKEN 
6 1/2 oz. UNCLE BEN'S® quick brown and wild rice, prepare as directed
4 chicken breast, boiled, deboned and chopped
1 can mushroom soup
1 can French style green beans, drained
1 med. onion, sauteed in butter
1 med. jar pimento
1 c. mayonnaise (DO NOT USE MIRACLE WHIP)
1 can diced water chestnuts
1 c. toasted bread crumbs

Mix all together, except chicken, add it last. Put into a large casserole, spread toasted bread crumbs on top, dot with butter, sprinkle with paprika. Bake at 350 degrees until hot.
