CHICKEN AND DUMPLINGS | |
1 med. size broiler/fryer 1 tsp. salt 1 qt. water 2 cans biscuits (uncooked) Wash chicken. Boil chicken in salted water until tender, at least 1 hour. Remove chicken and remove bones. Put chicken meat back in same pot and pinch dough from 2 cans of biscuits into chicken and water. Reheat for 10 minutes. Then cover and cook 10 more minutes. Serves 6. |
