2 c. sugar
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. cocoa
1 stick butter
1 dash salt
1/2 c. peanut butter
3 c. oatmeal
1 tsp. vanilla

Put 1 stick of butter in pan. Melt on low heat put 2 cups sugar, milk, salt, 1/2 cup cocoa, in pan. Mix well. Boil for 1 minute. Take off burner. Beat in peanut butter, oatmeal, vanilla. If desire you can put 1 cup Spanish peanuts. Drop by tablespoon on cookie sheet. Cool.
