CHERRY-RAISIN COFFEE CAKE 
2 c. Bisquick
2 tbsp. sugar
3/4 c. milk
1 egg

Mix ingredients. Beat vigorously with spoon 1/2 minute. Spread in greased 9 x 9 x 2 inch pan.

1/4 c. brown sugar, packed
1/2 c. raisins
1/4 tsp. cinnamon

Mix, sprinkle over first mixture.

2/3 c. cherry pie filling

Spoon over top. Bake 20 to 25 minutes. While still warm, frost with Easy Creamy Icing.

EASY CREAMY ICING:

1 c. powdered sugar, sifted
Pinch salt
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 tbsp. water or 1 1/2 tbsp. cream

Blend together - liquid may be increased for better spreading consistency. Serve warm.
