MEXICAN DISH 
2 lbs. ground beef
1 lg. onion
1 can green chiles (chopped)
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of celery soup
1 (5 1/3 oz.) can evaporated milk
1 (19 oz.) can chili
2 tsp. chili powder
1 (8 oz.) pkg. corn tortillas
3/4 lb. grated cheese

Cook meat, onion and peppers. Add soups, milk, chili and chili powder. Continue cooking until hot. Cut tortillas up in pieces. Line a large baking dish with tortillas. Add mixture and alternate with tortillas, ending with mixture on top. Top with cheese. Bake at 350 degrees until cheese is bubbly.
