PEPPERMINT BROWNIES 
1 pkg. brownie mix (or your favorite recipe)
2 c. powdered sugar
2 tbsp. milk
1/2 tsp. peppermint extract
1/2 stick butter
3 sq. semi-sweet chocolate
3 tbsp. butter

Bake brownies according to package directions in a 9 x 13 inch pan. Cool. Blend sugar, milk, peppermint extract and 1/2 stick butter until smooth and spread over cooled brownies. Melt chocolate and 3 tablespoons butter and spread over peppermint icing. When chocolate is set, cut into squares.
