MEATBALLS 
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
3 slices bread (1/4" cubes)
1/4 c. milk
Sm. onion, chopped
1 egg
1/2 tsp. salt

Brown in 2 tablespoons oil; drain.

SAUCE:

3/4 c. catsup
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tbsp. vinegar
1 tbsp. Lee & Perrin
1 tbsp. dry mustard
1/2 c. water
Salt & pepper to taste

Mix together. Add meatballs and simmer 20 minutes.
