LIMA BEAN CASSEROLE 
2 c. dried lima beans
1 lb. lean ground meat
1 qt. tomatoes
2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. sugar
1 c. sliced onions

Soak beans overnight. Drain and add 1 teaspoon salt and enough water to cover. Partly boil 10 minutes. Mix meat, salt, tomatoes and sugar. Drain beans and add layer of beans, then onions, then meat, alternately until all are used. Bake in covered casserole at 350 degrees for 3 hours or until beans are soft.
