BAKED CHICKEN 
1 cut up fryer chicken
2 c. burgundy wine
Salt to taste
Cayenne pepper
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
Olive oil
1/4 c. dried mint
1/4 c. dried parsley
1 tsp. onion powder
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 1/2 c. sliced, fresh mushrooms

Rub chicken parts with olive oil and place in an oiled baking dish. Sprinkle with salt and cayenne pepper. Now sprinkle chicken with mint, parsley, and mushrooms. Mix together wine, Worcestershire sauce, onion powder, and garlic powder. Pour down side of dish, not over the chicken. Cover the dish with foil and bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour 45 minutes to 2 hours. Serve with rice and cooked asparagus.
