SAND TARTS 
4 c. flour
3 c. sugar
1 c. butter, rubbed in flour
4 eggs, whites beaten separately

Mix together. Reserve small amount of whites to wash tops and sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon. Roll out thin, use cookie cutter or cut in oblong or diamond shapes. Bake in 350 to 375 degree oven for 10-15 minutes or until starting to brown.
