ORANGE JUICE JELLY 
2 c. reconstituted frozen orange juice or fresh orange juice
1/4 c. fresh lemon juice
4 1/2 c. sugar
3/4 c. water
1 box Sure-Jel

Combine orange juice and lemon juice in large bowl or pan. Thoroughly mix sugar into juice mixture. Let stand 10 minutes. Mix 3/4 cup water and the Sure-Jel in a small saucepan. Bring to a full boil and boil 1 minute, stirring constantly.

Stir into the juice, continue stirring for 3 minutes. Pour quickly into scalded containers, filling to within 1-inch of tops. Cover at once with tight lids. Let stand at room temperature for 24 hours, then store in freezer. Makes about 7 half-pints. Very good.
