OREO DESSERT 
1 (15 oz.) pkg. Oreo cookies
1/3 c. melted butter
2 (3 oz.) pkg. instant pistachio pudding
1 1/2 c. milk
2 drops green food coloring
9 oz. carton Cool Whip
1 qt. vanilla ice cream

Mix crushed cookies and butter. Pat 2/3 mixture in a 9x13 inch pan.

Beat pudding, milk and food color until thick. Add ice cream, beat until blended. Pour mixture over crumbs. Spread Cool Whip on top and top with remaining crumbs. Refrigerate overnight to serve.
