PUMPKIN TEA BREAD | |
3 c. sugar 1 c. salad oil 3 eggs 2 c. canned pumpkin 3 c. flour 1 tsp. baking soda 1/2 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. baking powder 1 tsp. cloves 1 tsp. cinnamon 1 tsp. nutmeg Blend oil and sugar; beat in eggs. Measure all dry ingredients and sift to blend. Stir pumpkin into creamed mixture. Add dry ingredients. Pour into wax paper lined, bottom ungreased, tube pan. Bake at 350°F for 1 1/4 hours. |
