TACO SALAD 
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
2-3 c. grated cheddar cheese
4 tomatoes, diced
1 1/2 c. Miracle Whip
1 sm. bottle mild Ortega taco sauce
2 sm. onions, chopped
1 head lettuce
1 sm. bag Fritos

Mix Miracle Whip and taco sauce together and let stand overnight. Brown ground beef, drain off grease and let cool to room temperature. Mix ground beef, onions, cheese, tomatoes and lettuce. Just before serving. add the dressing and Fritos.
