SWEDISH PANCAKES 
2 eggs
3 c. milk
3 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. flour
1 tbsp. vanilla
Crisco

Beat eggs and add milk and flour gradually with salt, sugar and vanilla. Heat pancake pan slowly, brush with Crisco. Stir batter well and bake thin and light pancakes. Serve hot with jam. Serves 6.
