NEVER FAIL BUNS 
3 c. lukewarm water
1/2 c. white sugar
2 pkgs. yeast or 2 tbsp.
1 1/2 tsp. salt
4 well-beaten eggs
1/2 c. vegetable oil
10 c. flour

Add 1/2 cup sugar to water; add salt and yeast. When yeast rises to top, add eggs, oil and flour. Mix and knead well. Let rise until double, about 2 hours. Make into buns and let rise about 2 hours. Bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes. Brush tops with butter.
