NO COOK ICE CREAM 
5 eggs
2 1/4 c. sugar
5 c. milk
4 1/4 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. salt
4 c. heavy cream or 2 cans evaporated milk

Add sugar gradually to beaten eggs. Continue to beat until mixture is very stiff. Add remaining ingredients and mix them thoroughly. Pour into gallon freezer and freeze.
