BEST MANICOTTI 
1 lb. ground beef
1 tbsp. garlic
1 c. cream-style cottage cheese
4 oz. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. mayonnaise
8 manicotti, cooked, drained
1 (16 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce
1/2 tsp. oregano
Parmesan cheese

Brown beef in skillet with garlic, season to taste. Combine cottage cheese with next 3 ingredients in bowl; mix well. Stir in ground beef. Fill each manicotti with 1/4 cup ground beef mixture. Place in single layer in baking dish. Top with remaining ground beef mixture. Bake covered at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Bake uncovered for 10 minutes longer. Serve.
