BEEF STROGANOFF 
1 lb. sirloin steak
2 tbsp. butter
1/2 lb. mushrooms, sliced
1 chopped medium onions
1 can condensed beef broth
2 tbsp. ketchup
1 sm. garlic clove
1 tsp. salt
3 tbsp. flour
1 c. sour cream
3 to 4 c. hot noodles

Cut meat across grain in 1/2 x 1 1/2 inch strips. Melt butter in skillet. Saute onions and mushrooms until tender. Remove from skillet. In the same skillet brown meat. Reserving 1/2 cup broth. Stir in remaining broth, ketchup, garlic and salt. Simmer covered 15 minutes or until meat is tender. Blend flour and reserved broth until smooth. Stir into meat mixture. Add onions and mushrooms. Heat stirring constantly. Boil and stir one minute. Reduce heat and add sour cream and heat. Serve over hot cooked noodles. Delicious!
