BRULOT BREAD PUDDING 
1 lg. loaf stale French bread
1 qt. milk
4 eggs
1 c. sugar
1 c. raisins (coconut, chopped nuts, fruit may be substituted)
1 tbsp. vanilla
1 tbsp. nutmeg
1 tbsp. cinnamon
4 tbsp. butter

Soak bread in milk. Mix other ingredients together. Combine with bread. Bake in greased 2 quart baking dish for 1 hour at 350 degrees.
