BANANA NUT BREAD | |
1 c. sugar 1/2 c. Crisco 2 eggs 1 pkg. instant vanilla pudding 3-4 ripe bananas 2 c. flour 1 tsp. baking soda 1/2 tsp. vanilla 1/2 c. pecans, chopped Cream sugar and shortening. Add eggs; mix well. Add instant vanilla pudding and bananas. Mix. Add dry ingredients, vanilla and nuts. Bake in a 9 x 13 inch greased and floured pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 25-30 minutes or until done. |
