8 BEAN SOUP 
1/4 lb. each 8 different beans (include barley, peas or lentils if desired)

THE SPICES;
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. onion powder
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/4 tsp. celery seed
1/4 tsp. ground pepper
1/2 tsp. dry green pepper
1 to 2 tsp. chili powder (opt.)

Soak beans overnight. Drain and place beans in a large pot along with: 2 lg. cans tomatoes 1 ham bone or 1 lb. browned crumbled bacon Spices

Bring to boil. Simmer 3 to 5 hours, until beans are tender. Serves 10.
