CARROT COFFEE CAKE 
4 eggs
2 c. sugar
2 c. grated raw carrots
3 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
3 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 c. oil
1 tsp. vanilla

Beat eggs, sugar and carrots. Add rest of ingredients, mixing well. Bake in greased and floured angel food pan 45 minutes at 375 degrees. Remove from oven and quickly spread on topping.

2 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. brown sugar
2 tbsp. milk
