ORANGE FRUIT SALAD FOR A CROWD 
6 lb. bananas
3 cans mandarin oranges
7 lb. apples (banana or yellow delicious)
1 1/2 lg. pkg. miniature marshmallows

If desired, add pineapple tidbits and maraschino cherries. Combine 3 cans (6 ounce) frozen orange juice concentrate, diluted with 8 cans water, 3 cups sugar and 1/2 can (6 ounce) lemon juice concentrate. Bring to boil. Thicken with about 1 cup cornstarch dissolved in water. Cook and fold in fruit.
