EASY LASAGNA 
1 1/2 lbs. hamburger
2 c. tomatoes
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 envelope spaghetti mix
1 (10 oz.) pkg. wide lasagna, uncooked
6 oz. cottage cheese
12 oz. can V-8 juice
Parmesan cheese
8 oz. Mozzarella cheese

Brown hamburger. Mix tomatoes, tomato sauce and spaghetti mix in blender. Add meat and juice. In 9 x 13 inch pan, layer noodles, about 1/2 sauce mixture, 1/2 cottage cheese and 1/2 Mozzarella cheese. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Make another layer of noodles and repeat process. Cover tightly with aluminum foil. Refrigerate overnight. Bake 1 1/2 hours at 350 degrees with foil sealed tight. Let set 15 minutes before cutting.
