HONO LULU'S 
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple or pears in juice
1 (4 serving size) pkg. sugar-free Jello gelatin, lime flavor
1/4 tsp. ginger
3/4 c. boiling water
Ice cubes
1/4 c. low-fat yogurt

Drain pineapple, reserve juice. Add water to syrup to make 1/2 cup. Dissolve gelatin and ginger in boiling water. Combine measured liquid and ice cubes to make 1 1/4 cups. Add to gelatin; stir until slightly thickened. Remove any unmelted ice. Measure 3/4 cup; blend in yogurt. Chill until thickened, about 5 or 10 minutes. Add pineapple to remaining gelatin. Spoon into individual glasses. Chill until set but not firm, about 5 or 10 minutes. Top with creamy mixture. Chill, soft set in 30 minutes. 5 servings. (40 calories)
