SNOW BALL CAKE 
3 boxes Dream Whip or 2 lg. size Cool Whip
1 lg. angel food cake
1 1/2 pts. strawberries (fresh or frozen)
1 c. white sugar
2 env. plain gelatin (Knox)

Soften gelatin with 4 tbsp. cold water. Add 1 cup boiling water, the strawberries and sugar. Mix well and chill until almost set.

Whip 2 boxes of Dream Whip (or use 1 large container of Cool Whip) and add gelatin mixture.

While gelatin is setting, pinch cake into small pieces. Line a 4 quart bowl with wax paper. Alternate cake pieces and gelatin mixture until all is used up. Chill overnight.

Next day turn out on plate. Whip other box of Dream Whip (or use Cool Whip) and spread on as icing. Keep refrigerated.

For variety may use crushed pineapple instead of strawberries and sprinkle with coconut.
