MIRANDA'S CREAMED CHICKEN 
1 whole chicken
6 tbsp. butter
6 tbsp. all-purpose flour
2 1/2 cups chicken broth
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. black pepper

Boil chicken until done and shred meat; set aside.

In a medium saucepan, melt butter and then add flour, salt and pepper; mix well. Stir in chicken broth and bring mixture to a boil for one minute; add chicken and mix well.

This is great for sandwiches or spooning over mashed potatoes. It's very easy and always turns out delicious!
