BROWNIE PIZZA 
2 oz. unsweetened chocolate
6 oz. bittersweet chocolate
3 oz. milk chocolate
3 oz. white chocolate
3/4 c. flour
1/8 tsp. salt
1 stick butter
1 c. brown sugar
2 lg. eggs
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
4 oz. pecans

Butter bottom and sides of 12 inch diameter pizza pan. Melt unsweetened chocolate. Chop bittersweet and milk chocolate into 1/2 inch squares.

In a small bowl stir together flour and salt. In large mixing bowl set at medium beat butter and brown sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in eggs, one at a time. Beat in cooled melted chocolate. Fold in half of bittersweet, milk chocolate and pecans.

Pour butter into prepared pan. Top with remaining half of bittersweet, milk chocolate and pecans. Bake 25-30 minutes. Melt white chocolate and drizzle on top. Cut into pizza like slices to serve. Yield: 16 wedges.
