RUDY'S BOILED SHRIMP 
5 pts. cold water
1 c. (8 oz.) tomatoes
3 ribs celery
3 onions, chopped
6 sm. potatoes, peeled
3 lemons, sliced
1/2 c. salt
1 c. Wesson oil
1 tbsp. red pepper
5 lbs. shrimp

In a large kettle, combine all ingredients except shrimp and bring to a boil. Add shrimp and continue boiling 10 to 15 minutes until shrimp are bright pink and tender. Drain in colander.
