REFRIGERATOR MUFFINS 
8 c. Total or Wheaties cereal
1 c. oil
3 c. sugar
4 eggs
1 qt. buttermilk
5 c. flour
5 tsp. baking soda

Mix all ingredients together. Bake in any quantity, filling muffin cups 2/3 full. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes. Store the unused portion in a plastic container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
