FRESH PEAR BAKE 
6 med. firm pears
1/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. honey
1/2 c. water
1/2 c. orange juice
Juice of 1 lemon
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
Dash of salt

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Peel pears 1/3 of the way down from the stem. Place pears on their sides in a shallow casserole.

In a small bowl combine remaining ingredients and pour over pears. Cover and bake 45 minutes or until pears are tender, turning and basting with juices after 25 minutes.
