EGG AND SAUSAGE CASSEROLE 
6 beaten eggs
2 c. milk
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 c. green onions, finely chopped (optional)
2 bread slices, crumbled
1 lb. sausage, sauteed & drained
1 c. sharp cheese, grated

Combine all ingredients except cheese in a 2 quart casserole and refrigerate overnight. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes, then sprinkle the cup of cheese over top and bake for an additional 20 minutes. Serve immediately. Makes 6-8 generous servings.
