SCALLOPED CHICKEN WITH NOODLES | |
1 (3 1/2 lb.) chicken cooked until tender remove from bone, save broth 2 cans cream of mushroom soup 2 cans cream of chicken soup 2 c. sour cream 2 c. noodles, cooked in broth 1 sm. onion, minced 1/4 c. chopped green olives Mix together chicken, sour cream, noodles, soup, onion and olives. Pour into greased 3 quart shallow casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until hot and bubbly. Serves 8. |
