THE OLD WEST BLUEBERRY COFFEE
CAKE
 
Mix well 2 cups sugar, 1/2 cup butter, 2 eggs. Add 3 cups flour, 3 teaspoon baking powder and 1/4 teaspoon salt alternately with 1 cup milk, stirring only until blended. Fold in 1 1/2 cup blueberries, washed and drained. (Or substitute 1 cup raisins or 1/2 cup nuts.) Bake in greased 9x13 inch pan.

TOPPING:

Pour 4 tablespoons melted butter over batter and sprinkle with 4 tablespoons cinnamon-sugar. Bake at 375 degrees about 35 minutes or until firm is center. Can be halved.
