BROCCOLI AND RAISIN SALAD 
1 c. mayonnaise
2 tbsp. vinegar
2 tbsp. sugar
2 to 3 stalks fresh broccoli, chopped
1 c. white raisins
1 medium purple onion, chopped
4 or 5 slices bacon, crisp-fried and crumbled
1/2 c. chopped pecans

Combine mayonnaise, vinegar and sugar in large bowl; mix well. Add broccoli, raisins, onion, pecans and bacon; mix well. Chill at least an hour, but better if chilled overnight.
