VEGETABLE SALAD 
1 (17 oz.) can whole kernel corn, drained
1 (16 oz.) can French style green beans, drained
1 (17 oz.) can small early peas, drained
1 (4 oz.) jar pimiento, diced
1 onion, chopped
1 carrot, grated
1 green pepper, chopped
1 stalk celery, chopped
1 cucumber, chopped
1 c. vinegar
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. vegetable oil

Combine all vegetables, mix well. Combine remaining ingredients; mix well, pour over vegetables. Chill 24 hours. Drain before serving.
