PINEAPPLE BREAD 
3 1/2 c. crushed pineapple & juice
3 c. moist coconut
4 eggs
1 1/2 c. sugar
4 c. flour
2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking soda

Combine pineapple and coconut. Add eggs and sugar and mix well. Add to first mixture. Pour into 3 greased 5"x9" loaf pans. Bake 1 hour at 325 degrees.
