MEXICAN HOT SAUCE 
1 lg. can tomato sauce
4 lg. cans whole tomatoes, drained and diced
1 c. pureed jalapenos
Garlic powder, red pepper, and black pepper to taste

Combine all ingredients. Serve with chips. May add fresh green onions and shredded carrots. Yields: 1 gallon. Keeps refrigerated for a long time.
